Terms & Conditions – Psychra PMT

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Psychra PMT mobile and web applications and related services.
By accessing or using Psychra PMT, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Use of the Platform
Psychra PMT is a business productivity and project management platform, available via mobile app (iOS and Android) and web application, intended for professional and organizational use.
Users agree to use the platform only for lawful and authorized purposes.
2. User Accounts
Users may be required to create accounts to access certain features.
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- All activities conducted under their accounts
- Ensuring information provided is accurate and current
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscription & Access
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are available in multiple tiers (Starter, Growth, Scale, Enterprise) with Monthly and Annual billing options. Psychra PMT is available to users globally; pricing may vary by region.
Free Tier
Every account receives two (2) free projects for the lifetime of the account. This is a one-time allowance: deleting a free project does not restore or create additional free project space. Once both free project slots have been used, creating further projects requires an active paid subscription.
Payment Processing
- On web, subscriptions are processed via Razorpay, with pricing shown in Indian Rupees (INR) or another applicable currency depending on your region.
- On iOS and Android, subscriptions are processed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store respectively, through RevenueCat, with pricing shown in your local currency as determined by the respective store.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. You will be charged using your saved payment method at the then-current price for your plan.
Plan Changes
- Upgrades (moving to a higher-tier plan) take effect immediately. Any unused balance from your current plan is credited on a prorated basis.
- Downgrades (moving to a lower-tier plan, or switching to a longer billing term at the same tier) take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. On web, this may require manually subscribing to the new plan once your current cycle ends.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle — you will continue to have access until that date.
Refunds
Except for prorated credit applied on plan upgrades, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to those platforms’ own refund policies; refund requests for such purchases must be directed to Apple or Google, not to us.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that access to paid features begins immediately upon successful payment, and — to the extent permitted by your local law — you expressly waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period that would otherwise apply to the purchase of digital services, in exchange for immediate access.
Taxes
All subscription prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (including GST, where applicable under Indian law, or other regional taxes) — no additional tax is charged at checkout beyond the listed price. Indian customers may still be asked to provide their organisation’s name, state, and GST number for GST-compliant invoicing purposes.
Payment Failures
If a payment fails or is not completed, access to paid features may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree NOT to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Upload malicious software or harmful content
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with platform functionality
- Use the platform for fraudulent activities
- Misuse collaboration or communication features
5. User Content & Ownership
Users retain ownership of content uploaded to the platform.
By using Psychra PMT, users grant us limited rights necessary to:
- Store content
- Process data
- Synchronize information
- Enable platform functionality
Users are solely responsible for uploaded content.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, designs, logos, workflows, and related intellectual property belong to Psychra Private Limited unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit platform content without written permission.
7. Platform Availability
We strive to maintain reliable platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, or third-party issues may occasionally affect service availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Psychra PMT is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from platform use.
Users are encouraged to maintain appropriate backups of critical information.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access:
- For violations of these Terms
- For security concerns
- For unlawful or abusive behavior
- For non-payment where applicable
Users may discontinue use of the platform at any time.
10. Privacy
Use of Psychra PMT is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, users acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms will be published within the app or on the official website.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you access Psychra PMT from outside India, you remain responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws, and nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
