Privacy Policy
Acuo Play
This Privacy Policy describes how Acuo Play ("the App," "we," "us") handles information when you use it. Acuo Play is developed by Psychra Private Limited (CIN: U62012RJ2025PTC105647), Sardarshahar, Rajasthan, India.
We built Acuo Play with a simple principle: you should be able to download and play without giving us any personal information at all. There is no sign-up, no login, and no account of any kind anywhere in the App.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
Acuo Play does not require or request:
- Your name, email address, or phone number
- Any account registration or login
- Location data
- Contacts, photos, or files on your device
- Payment or financial information (the App is free, with no in-app purchases)
We have no way to identify you personally, because we never ask you to identify yourself.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
To let you track your own progress, Acuo Play stores a small amount of gameplay information — such as your scores, streak, and recent game history — directly on your device only. This information:
- Is never transmitted to us or to any server we control
- Is not linked to your identity in any way
- Stays on your device unless your device's own backup system (Apple iCloud Backup or Android's Auto Backup, both controlled entirely by you through your device settings, not by us) includes it
- Is permanently deleted if you uninstall the App
3. Third-Party Services We Use
Acuo Play uses two third-party services, both provided by Google, to keep the App free and to help us catch and fix crashes. Neither is used to build a profile of you as an individual.
Google AdMob (Advertising)
Acuo Play displays ads through Google AdMob at natural pauses between games. AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier and general technical information (such as device type and approximate location derived from IP address) to serve and measure ads. This data is handled directly by Google, not by us. You can review Google's own privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can reset or limit ad personalization at any time in your device's own privacy/ad settings.
Firebase Crashlytics (Crash Reporting)
If the App crashes or encounters an error, we use Firebase Crashlytics (also provided by Google) to automatically receive a technical crash report — such as what type of error occurred and general device/OS information. This report is anonymous and is not linked to any personal identity. It exists solely to help us find and fix bugs. See firebase.google.com/support/privacy for details on how Firebase handles this data.
We do not use Firebase Authentication, Firestore, or any cloud database — no gameplay data is stored on our servers.
4. Children's Privacy
Acuo Play is designed to be enjoyable for a broad range of ages and does not contain content unsuitable for younger players. However, the App is not specifically directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, regardless of age — which is consistent with the App's core design of never collecting personal information from any user.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Because we do not collect or store any personal data on our end, there is no personal data for us to retain or for you to request deletion of. Your on-device gameplay data can be erased at any time simply by uninstalling the App.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California) regarding personal data. Because Acuo Play does not collect personal data, there is typically nothing held by us for these rights to apply to. If you have questions about this, you can still contact us using the details below.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
