Sath-Sath — Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Sath-Sath ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Psychra Private Limited ("we", "us", "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the App.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Eligibility
To use Sath-Sath, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a human individual (not a corporation, bot, or automated system)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable law
The App is designed for use by two connected individuals in a personal relationship. It is not intended for commercial, business, or organisational use.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any account that does not meet these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
To use Sath-Sath, you must create an account by providing a valid mobile phone number and completing the registration process. You may also sign in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Keep your account information up to date
- Maintain the security of your account and not share access with anyone other than your connected partner as intended by the App
- Notify us immediately at supportteam@psychra.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Partner Connection
Sath-Sath is a two-person relationship app. After registration, you may connect with one partner using an invite code. Once connected, both users form a "couple" within the App and share access to certain features and data including chat, memories, plans, goals, sparks, deep dive responses, and wishlist items.
You are responsible for only sharing your invite code with the person you intend to connect with. Psychra Private Limited is not responsible for any unauthorised connections arising from misuse of invite codes.
There is currently no in-app feature to disconnect from a partner. If you wish to separate your account from your partner or request deletion of your data, please contact us at supportteam@psychra.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Sath-Sath only for its intended purpose — as a private relationship app for two consenting adults in a personal relationship.
You must not:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm another person through the App
- Upload, share, or transmit any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringes the rights of any third party
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its backend systems
- Use the App to distribute spam, malware, or any harmful content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity
- Use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
6. Content You Create
6.1 Your Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share within the App, including photos, videos, messages, memories, responses, and any other personal content ("User Content").
6.2 Licence to Psychra
By uploading or creating User Content within the App, you grant Psychra Private Limited a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and delivering the App's features to you and your connected partner. This licence does not grant us the right to use your content for advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond operating the App.
6.3 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all User Content you create or share. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
6.4 Shared Content
Some content within the App (such as memories, plans, goals, and chat) is shared between you and your connected partner. Both partners have access to this shared content. You acknowledge and accept this by connecting with a partner within the App.
7. Storage Limits
The current version of Sath-Sath provides the following limits per couple:
- Storage: Up to 1 GB of shared storage (photos, videos, audio, documents)
- Wishlist: Up to 20 active wish items
These limits may be revised in future versions of the App. We will notify users of any material changes to limits.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App — including but not limited to its design, features, code, branding, and content created by Psychra Private Limited — are and remain the exclusive property of Psychra Private Limited.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Sath-Sath name, logo, or any other intellectual property of Psychra Private Limited without our prior written consent.
9. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at supportteam@psychra.com. We will process your request and permanently delete all your data within 30 days. This action is irreversible.
Please note that shared data (such as memories and chat) may also be deleted as part of this process. If your partner has also submitted a deletion request, both accounts and all associated shared data will be deleted.
10. Service Availability
We strive to keep Sath-Sath available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Psychra Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of privacy, or loss of relationship-related content, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. As the App is currently free of charge, this amount is zero.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.
If you are located outside India, you agree that any dispute will be resolved under Indian law and in Indian courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
Continued use of the App after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and request deletion of your account.
